I only met Tim once, at the TNI in Amsterdam, to discuss the possibility of working together on labour issues. He told me about Global Labor Strategies and I’ve been following the blog ever since, hoping one day we’d be able to meet again, or to see workers’ struggles bring some sense back to the world. I am overwhelmed by the news, as I feel we are weaker without people like Tim. I envy those of you who’ve been able to be part of his life and struggles, and hope we all manage to make sure that all he fought for, everything we all fight for, is one day realized. There is no doubt in my mind that Tim, like many others, will come back and will be millions.
