I was shocked to hear that Mr. Tim Costello was died of cancer. Please convey my condolences to his family.
Mr. Costello’s death is a big loss of labor movement. I will never forget his contribution to Chinese Labor Contract Law. He is a friend of Chinese working people.
The Chinese labor legislation is the turning point from deregulation to reregulation. So Mr. Costello’s work is also a worldwide contribution. Working people of the world shall remember him forever.
